STUDIO INFORMATION:
Tastefully furnished studio has everything to make our guests feel like home while being away from home. In a nice size space you will have a modern kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. Sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, cooking oil and spices, as well as purified water are provided for your stay. The bathroom will have a shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water and fresh clean white towels. There is a dining table that oftentimes is used as a computer desk. Queen size bed with hotel-like white sheets is placed in-front of a smart tv connected to a Netflix and Digi TV with 130 channels. Our windows are soundproof, and in combination with the new AC in the studio, you are guaranteed to have a good rest. Our wifi internet speed is the fastest in Belize (fiber-optic).

PARKING:
Please do not be concerned that we offer street parking only. It is very well lid at night by one of the street lights that illuminates the road and parked vehicles. Area is safe. Our own vehicles are parked on the street every night.
THE PROPERTY:
Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is to be used by all our guests and serves as our lobby area.
Our yard, fence and landscape are under some renovation. Also, we adding one more unit in the back and outdoor kitchen for our guests. Work is not loud or every day and is always finished before 5 pm, but we want our guests to know beforehand.
LAUNDRY:
There is a laundry service on the premises available for additional fee Mn-Fr. Clean towels and bed linen is brought to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can provide beach towels as well.
BIKES:
We share our personal bikes with our guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. You can use them to explore the city or for grocery shopping/food pickup!

* Please note, no guests should be invited over, besides the people listed in the reservation. Parties are not allowed!
** Our apartments are a NON-SMOKING accommodation, this includes marijuana and smoking anywhere within our property. Other guests may be keeping their windows open and we want to avoid unpleasant situations. Feel free to exit the yard and have a smoke out on the street. So many of our smoking guests do that, and we are so glad they still choose to stay with us.
*** EARLY CHECK-IN and/or LATE CHECK-OUT (3pm the latest), if possible, could be arranged for an extra fee of 25usd.
**** If you are traveling with a pet, only small and medium size dogs would be allowed, and there is a 30usd fee.
