”I didn't like that the maid messed with my things on the counter.. but worse.. our suitcases!! Nobody should be touching our suitcases!! Wanted to enjoy the pool before we left.. FULL OF KIDS !! That were not staying there!!! Staff was great.. but so slow and only catered to my boyfriend and never asked what I wanted to drink.. ”

”What a lovely, magical, & peaceful place. We had a brief one night stay before taking ferry to San Pedro, but fell in love with the fresh & clean room, traditional style of the casitas, two sparkling, secluded pools, the lush grounds & truly exceptional dining at their Martha's Cafe across the street. We plan to return for longer visit. Thank you! ”

”Cathy and Don were great hosts! The rooms were clean and Cathy even cooked dinner for the 7 of us after we arrived at 5:30 pm. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! Pool, air conditioning, hot water and a delicious meal!

”If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. ”
