”For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! ”

”This was a very pleasant stay! The staff were extremely friendly and everything was very clean! The only thing that could improve is the shower temperature could have been a bit warmer but I like really hot showers. It was more than adequate. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!”

”I chose property solely for hot tub and unfortunately this was not functional I felt I paid 150$ for nothing I live 10 minutes away so truly didn’t even need to rent the room we simply wanted to relax and the feature was not available”

”We had to change rooms three times during a two nights stay. First, there was no refrigerator in the unit 210. Second, there were no working TV, no coffee pods, in the unit 208. After saying so at the office, we still had to wait for a TV repair technician, the mugs were not cleaned…the only solution was for us to move back to the unit 210 where a fridge was finally installed.”

”Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. ”

”I normally love this location, but this time let me down. Staff was great, as always- but the room left a lot to be desired. There was hair everywhere on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The sink was a bit grimy, and the dish soap was not refreshed. My blinds were also broken/tattered and I could not raise them, as the chain was broken. It was late, so that’s on me for not changing rooms. ”
