”The hotel had good parking and check in was a breeze. Our room was spotless and the bathrooms updated. The TV was easy to use and lots of outlets for charging. The pool is not large but it is adequate and warm for children. Plenty of towels and seating there too. The breakfast was great - waffles, various kinda of eggs, bacon and sausages, toast, bagels, muffins, cereals, oatmeal and juices plus coffee and tea, yogurt, milk and fresh fruit.

”A unique, and uniquely warm motel that is really not comparable to any other properties. The couple that owns the motel are the main highlight: you will struggle to find more gracious, hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts anywhere in Newfoundland. The facilities are lovely and very distinct. The meals we had were excellent, including their very special (and very abundant) Jiggs Dinner which they offer every Sunday starting around noon, in the motel's main dining facility. Everyone is relaxed...
