”There is no front desk and it is all self check in and checkout but the instructions were super clear and it was a seamless process. We didn’t have to contact the staff for any reason. They do warn you that because they are in the heart of downtown and right next to a restaurant that it can be noisy but you don’t know how noisy until you are actually there!
