”Convenient location, adjacent restaurant is excellent with an additional coffee/breakfast stand in the lobby. Large fitness center, nice pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Free parking - would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the NE Arts district of Minneapolis.”

”The mattress was obviously worn out. The bottom of the mattress was higher then the pillow end. There was no cushion left and if I didn't have a bottle of tylenol it would have been worse. It was good for a daily back and neck ache. It's to bad because the people and location were good, but if you get a lousy nights sleep, that kind of kills it. It was a Hilton, which I thought meant something. They need to reinvest some money into one of the most important components of the hotel experience,...

”I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!”

”Staff was kind. The place was not clean though; we lacked towels, hand soap, body soap, toilet paper (after calling requesting them) I had difficulties at night since A/C-heat system was always running and could not be regulated. We had to go to a different hotel mid-week.”

”The entire hotels air conditioning was broken in the middle of the summer-They claimed they couldnt reach us due to booking through a third party. Hotels are ALWAYS able to email-It was too late to find other accommodations but have been trying to contact the general manager for 1 week since the stay to discuss this situation and they have made no attempt to return any phone calls-This is a hospitality industry and I find it unbelievable the lack of consideration, courtesy and professionalism.”
