Summary:

Located next to the Lakeview Hotel at Shanty Creek, you'll enjoy western facing views that include overlooking the tubing hill in the winter and Balloons over Bellaire in the summer. You will have access to the hotel pool right next door and the association pool in winter.



The Space:

The 2 large bedrooms each have a private entrance, patio and bathroom. Wood burning fireplace and electric heat for winter, and wall air conditioner units cool the condo quickly. A full kitchen in the shared space is great for entertaining and each private room has its own small kitchenette and coffee station.



Guest Access:

We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the lower floor of the building-you will have to travel down stairs-there is no elevator or ramp available. We look forward to hosting you :)

You will have access to multiple pools depending on the time of year:

*Sawtooth Indoor Pool: only available the last Friday of December until the beginning of April. The pool is located between the building 3 and 4 (second driveway on the left past your building). The entrance is between units 555 and 557. Your pool access code will be written on the chalk board in the condo.

*Lakeview Pool: The lakeview key card will be placed on the counter and must be returned to the counter. Loss of this card will result in a $600 charge. The indoor pool is open year round 9am-11pm and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am-11pm.

If you have any questions please refer to the QR codes that are in the condo. Simply aim your smart phone camera at the QR code and explore our menu of FAQ and procedures needed for you check in and check out! If you need further assistance: for the quickest response it is best to message us through your booking channel (ex: Airbnb, Booking, Hopper, VRBO, etc.). You may also text us directly (please include what condo you are staying at and the name on your reservation in your message).
