Take it easy at this updated peaceful condo in the heart of Summit Village within Shanty Creek Resort. Condo is located on a bluff overlooking the 18th hole of the Legend Golf Course. Just a short distance you can take in daily sunsets at a Private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire. The seasonal beach club features lounge chairs, covered pavilion, game room, grills, playground, basketball and pickle ball court. You also have access to a hot tub and Indoor/outdoor pool within a 5 minute walk at the Lakeview Hotel. An additional more private outdoor pool is just a short drive away at Pinebrook. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Take the resort shuttle to the beach club, area restaurants and downtown Bellaire. Walking distance to Starbucks, Lakeview Hotel, Summit and Legend Golf Club house, Disc golf course, Sarducci's Creekside Italian Restaurant, 2 lounges and tubing hill.

The space:
The condo can be divided into many options. Either a 1, 2, 3 or combo option rental depending on what is best for you. (This listing includes all 3 units). Message me if interested in smaller room options.

The main room- includes a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, dining table and sit up bar area, double murphy bed, bright living space, fireplace, porta crib, full bathroom, private deck and entrance.

Each side can be accessed from main room or private entrance:
One side consists of a king sized bed, full bath, private deck, kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, sink, dishes, coffee maker, coffee), sitting and workspace area. .

Other side consists of two queen beds, full bath, kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, sink, dishes, coffee maker, coffee), bistro table for 2 with workspace area.

All decks overlook the 18th hole of the Legend Golf Course. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi with no password required and each television is set up with Roku.

Other things to note:
Shanty Creek provides free transportation to Pinebrook pool, Private Beach Club, all the villages, golfing, skiing and downtown Bellaire. Contact Lakeview Hotel for shuttle times.

Summer: You have access to a seasonal pool at Pinebrook, indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub at Lakeview Hotel. Just a 5 minute walk. Private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire offers lounge chairs, covered pavilion, game room, outdoor games, playground, basketball court, pickle ball court and BBQ grills - perfect remote beach area! Great place to catch a sunset!! Balloons over Bellaire in late August. Kayaking and hiking at Grass River, biking, sight seeing and more.

Wintertime, take the shuttle or drive a short distance to Schuss Mountain to ski and relax at the indoor pool. Steps away from the Summit Tubing hill, 2-lounges, restaurants and playground. There is even a cross country trail right outside your door.
