”The A-Frame cottage was clean, cute and just a wonderful place to stay. It’s equidistant to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Petoskey area. Traverse City is close too, but the cottage is conveniently away from the bustle of TC. Kristi is an attentive and conscientious host. We will definitely return!”

”The house was very nice and recently updated. Comfortable beds and living room space. Host took care in making sure the little amenities were avalable. There were brand new packaged toothbrushes, tooth paste, first aid kit, laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner provided. Location was great, near many tourist cities and lots of activities nearby. ”This was our 7th year staying at this cottage. We love the location…30 min boat ride to the sandbar on Torch Lake or 5 min to the Grass River for a ride up to Bellaire. My favorite is sipping coffee on the screened in porch each morning listening to the waves. Plenty of golf courses nearby to choose from. We also enjoy the local restaurants. Thank you for also allowing fur kids, our Pug loves pontoon rides so I’m happy we can bring her. Reservation is already made for next year, can’t wait! ”

”The house was absolutely wonderful. It looked exactly as it does in the photos and was very clean. The hosts made the house very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took a trip downtown and enjoyed Mammoth distillery and Shorts brewery. We also were a short drive to Torch Lake where we spent the day in the water. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!!”

”The property was as it stated. It was very clean with a bedroom on the main floor along with the only bathroom. Upstairs was oodles of places to sleep. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t need to use the upstairs. There is a very nice hiking path and river by the road that you take to enter the housing area. We didn’t need to make contact with the owner as everything worked as it should. I would recommend this house to others ”

”The property was a lot smaller than I thought it would be you could not even stand up in the loft in the bed is on the floor. We are 58 and 62 a little much for us. The people that owned it were very kind. I also thought that it was going to be a little bit more private, but their property was right next to ours. We could see them from our back door. We had to share their fire pit And stuff which was not what I was thinking. People are very, very kind there. I personally would not go back there...

”My family and i enjoyed our time together here for a long weekend. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to room. Im not sure if that was mentioned in description. Plenty of room for everyone in nice sized bedrooms. Bedroom loft is open to downstairs but still feels fairly private. Nice fireplace and firewood on site. We saw wild turkeys right outside. Overall cleanliness was okay. We did not use the sauna so I cannot comment on that.”

”House is very cool! Location is perfect for decent privacy and a woodsy feel! We had a fire outside every night and loved it! Communication about check in and check out was easy and as expected. Unfortunately, cleanliness is a major issue when it comes to bedding and dishes. I had to strip the beds and go by laundry detergent to wash sheets. There was hair and other debris on the sheets in the master bedroom. I did not contact the owner about this, as it would have been more of an inconvenience...
