”Perfect”

”Everything was fabulous!”

”This hotel staff went above and beyond. We got home to Texas and realized that my husband left his partial teeth soaking in the bathroom cup. They found them kept them moist., and sent them UPS. We got them two days later they were still moist in perfect condition inside a ziplock . That was a couple thousand dollars savings for us and we appreciated it so much.”

”Definitely not the best but in a pinch it was just okay.”

”We liked the property and it was well maintained. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. However, they gave us an accessible room when we did not request one nor do we need one. We had stayed at a different Fairfield location the previous weekend and it had nicer pillows and non disposable plates,etc in the breakfast area. That being said, we would stay here again.”

”For the price, room was one of the best we've had. Good beds/pillows, clean, basic, but nice. Only downside was no blow dryer, but that was made clear up front. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Will stay here again.”

”Although booking through Expedia which assigned me a handicap room, which was not ideal in terms of showering space and subsequent room cleaning and serving, the hotel was fine and I have booked there multiple times in the last year. The front desk staff did not seem very accommodating to my concerns upon check-in but did explain the reason for my limited options due to a full hotel. The housekeeping staff usually replace towels each day and tidy up the bathroom, which did not seem to happen...

”The pool was green and had leaves or something floating in it... its an indoor pool. One of our doors had to be assaulted to be opened because it had apparently forced open (you could see the marks very clearly where something had been used to force open the door). The shower handle (the thing you turn the water on with) was smashed in, we didn't touch it to try and use it. The entire hotel smelled like bad cologne. The beds were good though and the sheets were clean.”

”No Kleenex, not even an empty box. Appeared to simply not be offered. No floor rug for outside of the tub/shower. Not very safe. No bathroom amenities at all. No soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. Good shower pressure though!”

”The eye on the TV's that communicate with the remote control are on a cord that sometimes falls back behind the tv and then you can't change the channel.....even manually on the TV. This is something that should be a permanent fix so you don't have guests contacting the front desk all the time when the TV doesn't work. The manager was very helpful.”

”It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot. There was perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and really moist corn muffins with homemade mango preservers! We were welcomed with fresh, homemade plum bread. Instructions for everything available to utilize and operate were easy to understand. I can’t wait to go back and I will tell all my friends and...
