”Always a great time at Hollywood. Free room upgrade no hassle. Polite staff.”

”I wouldn’t know what the property was like because when we tried to check in they were oversold and didn’t have a room for us. They did however book us another property”

”The room was in poor condition with very aged wall coverings and carpeting, wall patches that weren’t completed, awkward shaped room and did not feel clean. Idk if it was a sub-par room because booked thru Expedia or standard.”

”We stayed over night to attend a concert. At first glance the room looked very nice. However, with a closer look. We found a dirty wash cloth in the shower. We always look under our bed before we check out. To see if we are forgetting anything. There were liquor bottles under our bed with two balloons. One was of male genital.!!!! We did not appreciate that at all!!!! The tile was cracked by the jacuzzi and the were rust stains. There plumbing access panel would not shut nor the other access...

”Siisti huone, hyvä palvelu. Pääsimme kirjautumaan sidään etuajassa.”

”Love to the building and the look of the room, but it was filthy. A staff member came and vacuumed for us when I brought it up, but it didn't make much difference. Floor was really sticky in spots and someone's hair and glitter were everywhere. Linens and towels were clean.”

”"This is the second time I've booked a standard room through Expedia, only to be checked into an accessible (ADA) room upon arrival. I’m concerned this might be standard practice for third-party bookings, which shouldn't be the case—especially when a standard room was explicitly requested”

”This was our second stay here, and both times were wonderful! Beds are comfy, showers are hot and have good water pressure, rooms are spacious, and the grounds/ buildings are beautiful. The included private parking lot is the cherry on top. Would 100% recommend”
