”We loved this hotel. It was clean, close to our activities and the staff was friendly.”

”Great spacious suite. Breakfast was ok. Patio area was excellent but necessary to bring your own drinks and food since there is no restaurant. Parking was convenient but not cheap. Great location downtown.”

”Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel”

”Trouble adjusting the air it was cold there wasn't enough towels nor enough blankets . Staff was not extremely helpful at the front desk the man didn't even speak fluent English I, didn't even understand but like a fourth of what he was saying stayed there years ago and it was really nice ! Sadly, I can no longer say the same !”

Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!”

”This property had a lot of strange odor. Our original room had an off odor (sort of like dog) and the receptionist was able to get us into another room. The second room still had an odor but at this point we decided to live with it. The lobby had an overpowering fragrance odor that could not avoided. It kind of made us wonder if they were trying to cover up some other bad odors. The rooms were clean except the floors were very dirty. Dirty floors were evident in the hallways and elevators as...

”Had a modern vibe. Very clean, very helpful staff. Wonderful view of downtown. The only issue we thought was the bathroom. The pocket door to the wet room didn't close all the way and looked to be intentional. Also the layout of the shower door made it that you had to reach in to turn the shower on and therefore couldn't turn it on without getting wet somehow. And the towel rack was behind the shower door so you had to step out to get your towel, or leave it on the floor. Minor things but seems...

”The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

”The hotel and staff at the AC in Louisville were phenomenal! We came to celebrate a birthday, and they truly made the stay unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located within walking distance of fantastic attractions and restaurants. We will 100% stay again if life brings us back to Louisville.”
