”Cheaper hotel in Val dIsere, whereby younger guests staying in this hotel. Youth party a few nights. Hotel personnel interrupted the party fairly quickly. rooms good, but we could not adjust the heating in the rooms, which were fairly warm. Personnel very helpful and kind!”

”Hieno arkkitehtuuri, kauniisti remontoitu hotelli. Rauhallinen tunnelma, mukavat aulatilat. Huone, kylpyhuone ja spa siistit. Aamiainen paikallinen ja runsas. Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä. Ski in, ski out. Hotellissa hyvä suksihuone. Hiihtokeskus loistava. ”

”The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. ”

”J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel : un très bon accueil, des chambres propres et aménagées avec goût. Le plus : la restauration sur place, de belles et bonnes assiettes avec la spécialité locale : la raclette mais aussi d'autres très bonnes choses à déguster. Le personnel reste très sympathique et souriant même en plein rush ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. J'y ai déjà fait 2 séjours et j'y retournerai.”

”Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. ”
