”North River is stunning! The pictures cannot depict its beauty inside and out! Spacious enough for all 8 of us. Fully equipped with everything we needed. We made good use of the hot tub and pool. ”We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The home was clean and artfully decorated with everything you need. The community was friendly and the scenery from the porch and the living room was spectacular. We even spotted a whale in the Bay. Our host was so hospitable and easy to communicate with. Darlene met all our needs, from coolers and lawn chairs for our day trips. She (and the town)even helped us locate a lost camera. We had an excellent time at Vista Del Mare! ”

”This was an absolute gem! The porch overlooking the bay was a great place for our morning coffee's ( whale sighting included!) And the fire pit was a a lovely way to end our evenings. It is in a excellent location, with reasonable drives to St. Johns, the Irish Loop and Trinity. It was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child, and easily could have comfortably fit 2 more people. I would highly reccomend staying here! ”

”Wonderful accommodation! Beautiful spot with great views from sunny decks- lovely decor with comfortable furniture- beds- pillows- linens. Kitchen very well equipped with lots of glasses etc. House spotlessly clean- lots of towels- great washing machine! Everything was wonderful and we would highly recommend it- Joshua was extremely helpful- very impressed with his communication 10 out of 10 for all- must try the Dildo Brewing Co.- nice bright pub with superb staff ”

”As a family of 10, this house met all of our needs and then some! From being greeted with a gift basket of goodies and a bottle of wine to having a sparkling clean house with plenty of room and space. I’ve never stayed in a more well stocked house - we didn’t need to buy anything except food. Location was perfect allowing us to strike out to various spots in the Avalon region within 1.5 hours drive. The host was very helpful and gracious if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!!”
