”Desk staff was nice and helpful getting me checked in and fixing my room key card when it didn’t work. They were great. Just being honest - overall, the room I had was pretty run-down. I didn’t even want to sit in the chair. That being said, I saw no bugs and nothing dangerous so it was fine for 1 night.”

”My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot.
One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time.
The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

”Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. ”

”The room is adequate. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on cement. Laundry was out of order for the entire stay. Woman at desk was nice and easy to deal with: other staff not so much. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking, gathering, etc. location good and close to highway, but you have to make 1 million u turns to get to anything nearby like stores, food, gas. ”

”The property and the staff were great. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Particularly appreciated the 24-hour access to free coffee and tea.
Over the last few weeks, I have stayed at multiple hotels in the Richmond area while attending training near the airport. Although hotel location is about 15-20 minutes away, it is by far the best hotel I have stayed in and much better than the options closer to the airport.”

”The room was filthy, the tub had 5 inches of standing water in it. I had to snake out a giant wad of hair from the tub drain. Door did not seem to lock properly, had to use chair to keep door and curtain closed. This was the 2nd room we tried, the first had no functioning ac and was so filthy, ceiling sagging. Dogs barking in the room next door. The entire hotel was horrible, dirty, rundown, had what appeared to be unhoused people or prostitutes hanging around, partying loudly in the corridors....
