”Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn”

”Dirty bathroom nasty walls, saw a bug that might have been a roach. Had to shake everything out just in case. Didn’t see it until morning I would not have stayed there if I had seen it the night before! There was no TV who runs a hotel without TV?”

”This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.”

”Very nice accommodations, super clean rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this venue. I will never stay at the Peabody after visiting this hotel.”

”The on site breakfast counter in the lobby had only a few choices, most of which were not for breakfast (chocolate chip cookies & pound cake). The coffee cake was okay but tasted very stale. Also we stayed 2 nights and each day was the same selection, no variety whatsoever. Definitely need to improve this amenity. Bar was great!”

”Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left.”

”I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.”

”It is such a wild little hotel. A nice combination of Hilton property but with an attitude. It has the amenities you would expect in a chain hotel, and also this amazing sound system, which is piped into the room. The music is a curated playlist and it's really good. The hotel itself in a renovated train station. It's in the arts section of town, which is small but charming.”

”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”

”Beautiful hotel with lots of character. The staff was helpful and the duck master was entertaining. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Memphis!”

”The room was really dirty. I had a stay from Tuesday to Friday and they did’nt clean my room not even once. ”

”It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing.”

”Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost.”
