”The room was clean. The staff was nice. The pool could use some upgrades.”

We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. ”The room and staff were amazing. The area and people hanging out in the parking lot was a bit sketchy. Close to gas stations and restaurants.”

”There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. ”

”The lady at the front desk tried to keep my deposit because some kids, not mine were smoking weed and driving fast through the parking lot. My kids are 7, 11, 14. None of them drive. Luckily I threatened the police and I got my deposit back”

”We stayed in a newly renovated room and the front desk attendant explained that the contractor was going back through some of the rooms to catch anything unfinished. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and has reasonable prices. This hotel is conveniently located to the Offut Air Force Base and has direct access to a nice bike path that we used during our three night stay. This hotel provided the best stay for the money on our eight nights of travel.”

”Ac worked and pool was open. Run down location and must have bed bugs or something I was bitten all over my shoulders and back on the last day in the room. Everyday they turned over the room with fresh sheets and towels which was a plus. Only stayed for the Omaha zoo so was never in room during day only to sleep. Bonus was all the very close restaurants and Walmart. 6 min drive to zoo. And was affordable!! ”

”Older Hotel and needs to have someone to come in and look at everyday wear and tear fixes that customers see. But clean for a one-night stay.”

”We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

”Quiet. Comfortable bed”

”A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again. Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover...

”Under new ownership, they are making improvements daily to bring the property back to its glory days. For me it was good, I just needed a place to sleep and shower. Very budget friendly and that is what you can expect”
