”The room was clean. We were upgraded from two queens to a king size and placed in a quieter area away from the hockey teams and dancers!! ”

”Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. ”

”The room was not cleaned properly. There were someones clipped fingernails all.over the florr ehich means it wasn’t vacuumed. There were also stains on our blabkets and sheets. I have a 9 month old and was not able to put him on the ground to crawl due to the floor not being vacuumed.”

”Amazing place with great amenities like a game area, outside patio with a nice fire, and snacks/drinks in the room. Easy to get to the slopes too. ”

”Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks. People living on the property. Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms. I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what. I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available. ”

”The room was freezing when I arrived and it took hours for it to warm up. There was NO coffee with the continental breakfast. The staff was nice. The room was ok albeit unacceptably cold.”

”The room was very spacious and bright, with a gas fireplace and sitting area in front of it. The chairs in the seating area were a bit uncomfortable, saggy, so one night we watched the small tv in bed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and the whole room was very clean. The mini fridge had a freezer which was appreciated for our freezer packs. The ice machine in the breakfast area is not for coolers. The pool was not open, which was a drawback. The...
