”Great stay and hotel overall. Welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed us to check in early. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the modern amenities including plenty of charging ports in the bed frame and table. Great lighting. The mirror in the bathroom is a Bluetooth speaker too, which is cool, except when someone else’s music was connected and very loud… but a call to the front desk and they guided me how to reset it and it stopped. ”The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. ”

”We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony House. I was very thankful to have the option to check in early since I am traveling and had two dogs with me. We loved the putt putt area for sure! Although my dogs were unsettled for about an hour, everyone was patient, understanding and communicated the issue promptly ( pups are getting used to traveling as well.) I hope we are able to stay again sometime, without the pets and really appreciate all the Harmony House has to offer. ”

”We stayed at Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown for 5 nights for pleasure, just my husband and me. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to Broadway, and it’s also near the famous pancake place where you’ll definitely notice the lineup. The staff at check-in were very helpful, especially in guiding us on what to choose on the east side. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good sleep. Hotel is new. ”The Staff screwed up on a daily basis charging my debit card repeatedly for a trip that was paid for in advance through Expedia . Everytime I put money in My account to go out on , they had frozen my funds with bogus charges . Unreal took 1,200 first day so I had no money , reversed the mistake but bank wouldn’t refund for 3-5 business days . So I was in Nashville with all the money I had for my trip inaccessible. ”The hotel is beautiful. Easy walk to the restaurants, bars and attractions with out the noise. Check out the hotel bar on the 2nd floor. Very nice staff. Give out free water everyday. ”
