”Great stay and hotel overall. Welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed us to check in early. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the modern amenities including plenty of charging ports in the bed frame and table. Great lighting. The mirror in the bathroom is a Bluetooth speaker too, which is cool, except when someone else’s music was connected and very loud… but a call to the front desk and they guided me how to reset it and it stopped. ”The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. ”

The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to Broadway, and it’s also near the famous pancake place where you’ll definitely notice the lineup. The staff at check-in were very helpful, especially in guiding us on what to choose on the east side. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good sleep. Hotel is new. ”The experience that my guest and I had at the Virgin Nashville was nothing shy of amazing. They allowed us to check in early, and even gifted complimentary drinks as we waited. ”Unfortunately the pool and pool bar were closed. This wasn’t expressed to us until after we payed, the manager blamed the Expedia app. Unfortunate, when outside of sleep the pool was the only thing I was there for. They offered a cheap bottle of champagne for a pricey wasted weekend getaway.”

Everytime I put money in My account to go out on , they had frozen my funds with bogus charges . Unreal took 1,200 first day so I had no money , reversed the mistake but bank wouldn’t refund for 3-5 business days . So I was in Nashville with all the money I had for my trip inaccessible.
