We called the front desk around 12:30 am to cpmplain and the lady said she would call the police to complain, but the music continued. This was on a Saturday night, so the hotel is probably peaceful on weeknights.”

”This is a very new hotel, and it showed in some small ways. It is a beautiful property with helpful, attentive, and friendly staff, but there were some amenities missing. No conditioner, no microwave, no iron, no closet. There weren't extra sheets/ pillows for the pull-out couch (although they were delivered promptly when requested). The "complimentary pastries and coffee in the lobby" mentioned on the website are only available on Mondays, which was a dissapointing surprise upon arriving....

An other problem was no handicap parking anywhere in the front of the building. We had to go to the back which was poorly lighted, which made unloading the car or going somewhere after...
