”The bathroom shelves where the bath towels were placed was extremely dusty.”

”Loved the location, loved the rooms, cleanliness of the entire property, loved the much better than average breakfast offerings, and the staff was amazing too. Yes you pay for parking in the garage but bring our ticket to the check-in desk and they will scan to give you in-out privileges. Newport on the Levee is less to a 10-minute walk so we never had to leave the parking garage anyhow. Would definitely stay again when in this area.”

”Overall we were disappointed in this stay and we have been there several times before. It is likely our last stay. The pool was closed, the breakfast was cold and lacking. Not the standards that we have come to expect at a Hamptons Inn.”

”Every staff we encountered was so polite and friendly, the hotel was stunning, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. If you’re asthmatic please note that they do heavily perfume the first floor but it smells as good as Rihanna. Having a key to enter the building provided an extra sense of security, and being able to walk out and around the town was convenient. A lovely 10 minute walk from THE bridge to get to Swale Park. Highly recommend.”

”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”
