”Hampton Inn Eastgate Cincinnati provides a good value stay for any business traveller visiting the Cincinnati area. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot oatmeal and fresh fruits with breakfast and a Starbucks cafe in walking distance (should you wish to enjoy an espresso based coffee) make you come back to this hotel again.”

”Good breakfast. TV and service bad. Customer service lacking.”

”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”

”For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service.”

”Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.”

”I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

”Very nice stay, staff checking us in was very friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious.”

”Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!”

”Breakfast was terrible. Hot items were egg whites, turkey bacon and chicken sausage. I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and the food has always been good. The front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful and entertaining”

”Room was nice was hoping for a better view. They need more carts to carry in your luggage. I had to have someone try to find me one when I first got there as I have mobility issues and can’t walk very well and I also cannot carry anything heavy. Staff found me one that was up on another floor when I got there but when it was time to leave, there wasn’t one to be found. They said they have two or three of them and lots of people keep them in their rooms. That’s just not acceptable for people who...

”The room was roomy and the bathroom large. It would be nice if the sink were located outside the bath and toilet area. Clean and well maintained hotel, staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.”
