”Absolutely disgusting property. I got here around midnight exhausted from my drive and upon arrival there were multiple roaches, both dead and alive. Not to mention the room smelled odd. I refused to stay and had to leave during a storm to the next hotel I could find where I couldn’t be checked in because their power had gone down, multiple surrounding hotels power had gone down due to the storm. ”Great Stay”

”Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. ”

”Breakfast very limited”

”Room was fine. breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. One serious issue I had with this stay was the day after I checked in, a $360 charge was made from the hotel to my credit card. That is a huge mistake that was not refunded until the next day. Very scary that I was the one who caught it, not the hotel. I wouldn't trust staying there a second time.”

”Family toys, bbq pit and chairs outside entrance. Pool was cloudy.Breakfast was mediocre at best.”

”The rooms were very large. We did have to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The breakfast we very good but on the second day they ran out of food about 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and did not replenish.”
