”It was freezing and the heater never felt like it was on. We even sit it to 90 and felt no change. Unable to get breakfast because it was so long of a line. We wanted to use the parking garage but couldn’t because the hotel is under construction, so we had to valet. Which is fine, whatever. But the valet people were very unorganized and not friendly. ”

Negatives: we pre-paid for parking in the hotel garage, but the lot was completely full when we arrived and the hotel annoyingly refused to refund the parking fee.
