Located on the first floor of our stone house with a partial view of the Ria d'Etel, this 43m² apartment, renovated with natural materials, offers a bright, airy, and calming atmosphere. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), an open-plan bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a television. From both the bedroom and the living room, enjoy a lovely view to the east overlooking the Ria d'Étel, which changes with the rhythm of the tides. The house is ideally located in the center of the picturesque fishing village of Saint-Cado. Just 200 meters away, a small beach awaits you for swimming in calm waters, paddleboarding, or kayaking (rentals available in summer). The coastal path, accessible directly from the house, allows you to hike along the ria, inland, or to the large ocean beaches. Saint-Cado has two bars (open year-round) and a restaurant with panoramic views (open from March to November). For your shopping, a bakery, cheese shop, and supermarket are a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride away. The Atlantic beaches, ideal for surfing and long walks, are a 10-15 minute drive away.
