Cabin 16 welcomes you with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, part of our Upper Villa with some of the best views of the lake. This retreat comfortably hosts 6 guests, with room for up to 8.

LOCATION:
Just 12 miles north of Bemidji, you're close to town but feel worlds away. Fish right off our docks, explore the Paul Bunyan Trail, or simply soak in lake views from your deck. The lake connects to a chain of five lakes, offering endless opportunities for boating and exploration.

Want more space? Cabin 16 can be booked with neighboring Cabin 17 to create the Upper Villa, or include Cabins 18-19 for the complete Villa experience - perfect for family reunions and larger gatherings.
