The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of âŹ500 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
