BEDS: The bedroom has 2 single beds, joined by default, like a king-size bed. They can be separated upon guest request.



The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.



The apartment benefits from air conditioning and WIFI, with a TV in the living room and wall TV in the bedroom with channels in most European languages, there is also a DVD player and stereo. There is a full bathroom with shower and sofa bed in the living room. The complex is located a few minutes walk from the beach and numerous bars, restaurants and tourist attractions.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



Benal Beach has 5 pools with numerous slides for adults and smaller ones for children, a poolside bar, cafeteria, pool bar, and a spacious relaxation area for the winter months.



The pool is surrounded by spacious gardens that include shaded areas. There is also a gym / spa (with additional charge) and a supermarket (only during summer months).



The building has elevators.



Total access to the common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, hammocks (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open Monday through Sunday.



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.

Tourist options in Benalmádena:



- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a conservation and protection center for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.



- Dolphinarium and Penguin of Selwo Marina - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin in Andalusia.



There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the complex.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
