The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.



Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, Loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc.

Extra clothing kit:

Beach towels: 12€/4 towels

Quick cleaning: 20€ - does not include a general cleaning, just sweeping and dusting.

Cleaning with bathroom and kitchen: 50€

Gym in complex with daily and weekly rates; rates should be consulted at the gym, as they are not included in your reservation. It is a private venue and applies its own rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



Full access to all common areas such as 5 pools with slides, gardens, hammocks (not included in the rental price), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc.



There is also a Supermarket located on the ground floor of the complex that is open every day (only during high season).



Access to the complex by car is allowed through the gates, which are controlled by reception (please ring the doorbell).

CHECK-IN: 24-hour reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.



We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.



PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.



Tourist animation in Benalmádena:



- Sea Life Aquarium - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a conservation and protection center for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.



- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Park, which contains the only dolphinarium and penguin exhibit in Andalusia.



The complex is located 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station. The Athens gym in the complex has a spa and sauna. There are taxi and bus stops at the entrance of the complex. Taxi service from Benalbeach to the airport: 20-25.

To ensure and accelerate the registration process, tourists are asked to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with current GDPR regulations. Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local legislation. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register safely online. If you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.



In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
