Our priority is that our guests feel and have a wonderful experience with us during their stay with us and we assure you that we work very hard to achieve this. We are a young company that puts a lot of love into every detail and every guest. There are inevitably some aspects that are not in our hands, such as the fact that the building takes the decision in this case to paint the building from 8am to 4pm without any noise. In this case, it is in our power to minimise the negative effects that this may cause. In your specific case, in no case was there any risk, nor was the use of the terrace or its views limited. However, we have tried to give you several solutions which you have refused to opt for, such as the compensation of one night's stay or even a change of studio. We are disgusted but above all saddened by your behaviour towards us as we have tried our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible from the very first day of your stay.
