The space
The apartment features a 150-cm double bed and a 130-cm sofa bed (ideal for 1 adult or two small children).

The Los Maites Complex is located in Benalmádena, a municipality in the province of Málaga. Benalmádena is known for its beautiful beaches and its various tourist attractions suitable for the whole family. The modern Puerto Marina is known for the Sea Life aquarium and the yachts moored there.

Benalmádena has three main areas: Benalmádena Pueblo, Benalmádena Costa, and Arroyo de la Miel. The city of Málaga (and the nearest airport) is about 10 km to the west, and Marbella is 42 km to the east.

Benalmádena has a Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and mild winters; temperatures average 30 °C in summer and 17 °C in winter. The temperature in Benalmádena is pleasant in winter.

Los Maites is located right across from the beach and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina, the Benalmádena Cable Car, and the Sealife Aquarium, among others.

The complex is within walking distance of the beach and Bil Bil Castle. Bil Bil Castle is 50 meters from the property, while the Benalmádena Cable Car is 1.4 km away. Downtown Benalmádena and the Arroyo de la Miel train station are just a 25-minute walk from the complex.

There are several points of interest near the apartment, such as the Benalmádena Marina (Puerto Marina), tennis and paddle tennis courts a 5-minute walk away, golf courses, and the Torrequebrada Casino 2.3 km away.

The complex is just 50 meters from the beach. The complex features 3 swimming pools surrounded by gardens. The advantage is that one of them is open in the winter.

Los Maites is also strategically located in Benalmádena, near numerous restaurants, bars, and a large supermarket, so you won’t need a car at all when staying in this apartment.

A pickup service from Málaga Airport is available for an additional fee.
