Beautiful and comfortable beachfront apartment with ocean views, located in the Benal Beach complex next to La Paloma Park, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Bil Bil Castle. It features one bedroom with a double bed (135 cm), a double sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room, an extra single bed (80 cm), built-in closets, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi (private connection inside the apartment), air conditioning (heating and cooling), and a terrace with ocean views.

The Space
This fantastic apartment is 52 m² and is located right on the beachfront with ocean views in the Benal Beach complex, just a 2-minute walk from Bil Bil Beach.

BEDROOM
It features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (135x200 cm), a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, and a small balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower with a tub, a toilet, a sink, and a cabinet. You’ll also find a shower mat, towels, and a laundry basket.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), an extra bed for children (80 cm), a TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door leading out to the terrace. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi (private connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunrises.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a juicer, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer.

ENTRANCE HALL
Upon arrival, you’ll see the entrance hall, which has a built-in closet where cleaning supplies are available for your use.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and downtown Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and near attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Bill Bill Castle.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away.
