”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”Great location, super friendly staff. Loved the $15 credit received, we went directly to the rooftop bar to use it, enjoying a cocktail with the wonderful view.
Great amenities in the room, comfortable bed, quiet floor.
We walked to Pikes Place and had dinner at Ben Paris. We would definitely stay here again!!”

”The staff at optimum are fab specifically Scott the bartender. It’s like being at your neighborhood bar. The sky bar is too loud after a long day. Randilynn our server ask for her she so kind and joyful stop in even if your not staying here it’s worth it. Courtyard on the side of optimum nice place to watch the world and enough people watching. ”

”It was a really nice property! The hotel felt very safe and even with a live music venue right underneath it was not too loud at all. With the tv on you didn’t even know they were there, and it was done by like 10:30. They had coffee, tea, water, ice, and even free candy. It was a very nice stay and we would absolutely stay here again”
