”Clean and comfortable.”

”This hotel is located on Main Street near everything you need in Sturgis. And they were very accommodating with my dog. The coffee shop in the lobby is a great amenity! I would have liked to water in the shower to be hotter, but I like very hot water so may not be a big deal to someone else.”

”Great location and you can't beat free parking and continental breakfast. Walkable to everything we needed. Room could use some deep cleaning. I can't wait to go back to Deadwood!”

”People that worked there were very nice. The hotel looked like it was abandoned when we drove up. When we got to our room I always check for bed bugs and the matress looked like someone peed all over it as well as the chair that was in the room. The room smelled like smoke and they didn't even have coffee creamer. When asked, the guy said he needed to order it. Way to stay on top of things when you run a motel! Would recommend going anywhere else but here.. the pictures on expedia give a false...

After argueing with the host and manager and showing them my booking they than had a room available and tried to charge me basically for a 4 night stay compared to my pricing I booked at argued that to my originalbooked pricing. ”The property was historic and good location. Check in was terrible. I felt like was was inconveniencing them. There was a coffee thermos that was empty and a thermos of hot water so I asked if they had any water and was told there is water in your room I replied no I didn’t see any and was asked did you look in the bathroom!”

”Excellent staff that goes above and beyond. Valet guys were excellent! Matt that checked us in was excellent and helpful. Room was very clean. Only complaint is we were placed in smoker room. You could smell the smoke when you walked in. We do not smoke. Restraunt was very good.”

”Very clean! And in a safe area walkable to downtown, the trails and a variety of restaurants and breweries. Did not actually talk with the staff but text communication was prompt and very easy and accommodating at check-in. Safe, off-street parking and one of the trolley stops was next to the motel.”
