”Excellent potential the property has. small fixes can make it the best. Staff incredible . Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in...

”Lovely cabin! The cabins are quite new and modern. The beds were cozy, the huge sliding glass door to the private porch was wonderful. The morning sunshine was therapeutic! Cute touches with welcome candy jar and pour over “coffee maker”. We will come again!”

”The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hot tub was great, clean, and warm. The hotel is under refurbishment and it does look like it needs it. The carpet is wearing/fraying in the room we stayed in and the furniture looks like it has been well worn. The hotel is close to the old mill district and we enjoyed a nice walk along the river after taking a short drive over to the river area. ”

”I have stayed here several times and it has been consistent in great staff interactions and cleanliness every time. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the spa was having issues this trip.”

”Front desk staff is great, property was clean and well maintained. Restaurant had live music. We did not eat there. Cute little bar near front desk. The room was clean and updated. Surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a good night of rest. We would stay again. ”
