Sijainti, sijainti !!! Kauniisti uusittu koti luonnonkauniilla maisemilla, joka sijaitsee Deschutes-joella. Tuo kajakkeja, meloa, kanootteja ja nauti joen aikaa! Olemme myös melkein suoraan kadun toisella puolella veneluiskaan nähden. Aja pyöräsi Sunriver-kylään noin 20 minuutissa. 3 vuode / 2 kylpyhuonetta, jossa on suuri keittiö ja ruokailutila kaikille! Löydät itsesi vain 25-30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Mt. Bachelor myös!

River Bound Homestead sijaitsee puiden keskellä, vain Sunriverin kylän eteläpuolella, rauhallisella alueella. Tämä kaunis koti on juuri uusittu ja siinä on 100% kaikki uudet kalusteet ja tarvikkeet. Koti tuntuu, että olisit omassa yksityisessä puistossanne, jossa joki on taaksepäin ja jossa on aidattu etupiha. Takakannella ja pihalla on täydellinen paikka istua ja nauttia toisistaan ja saada oma pieni piknik!


River Bound Homestead on fantastinen talvipaikka, jonka lähellä on Mt. Bachelor (25 min) ja Village at Sunriver niin monia erinomaisia ?? ravintoloita ja älä unohda Sage Spring Spa!

Kodin sisällä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, joissa on suuri avoin ulkoasu, jotta jokainen voi nauttia kodista. Keittiö ja ruokailutila sijaitsevat aivan kannen vieressä, jotta pääset helposti käsiksi! Siellä on runsaasti tilaa kaikille tässä kotona ja niin hauskaa olla! Kaunis lahden ikkuna, joka on tehty lukukulmaan, on aivan keittiön alueella.

Makuuhuoneet ovat suurikokoisia, kun isäntä on tietysti suurempi niistä, ja sillä on myös suora pääsy takakannen alueelle. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat samassa käytävässä ja niissä on erillinen kylpyhuone.

Vieraille on myös pääsy kahden auton autotalliin, onko se pysäköidä autoon, jotta he pysyisivät sään ulkopuolella, tai pitää kaikki ulkokäyttöiset vaihteesi, voit käyttää niitä.

Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä alue 6 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Sunriverin kylästä. Kävele naapuripuistoon aivan kadun varrella pieneen koripalloon tai uimiseen joella! Nauti aterian Wallow's Grillistä oikealla tiellä tai tartu jotain mennä Basecamp Grilliin matkalla seuraavaan seikkailuun!

Sunriverin alueen pyöräilypyörät ovat suosittuja aktiviteetteja, ja voit varmasti pyöräillä Sunriveriin River Bound Homesteadista. Suosittelemme varmasti autoa, koska taksit / Uber's ovat hyvin vähän tällä alueella.

Great Property and… Some Suggestions

Beautiful and well appointed home.We loved the deck at the back and spend a lot of time there! Loved having dog bowls available! Challenges you may not have control over: * Neighbor with 2 French bulldogs. One of them barking a lot and both storming the fence, made it impossible to leave our dog outside in the fenced yard! Suggestions that you may want to address: * To have a “pet friendly” rental with no dog towels meant that we needed to go and buy towels to wash and keep our dog clean * screen doors vulnerable and not sliding well. We were concerned about breaking the one exiting from the living space! And with the amount of mosquitos and bugs around could not open the door without closing the screen door. * with smoke around cannot rely on opening doors and windows for cool air. In the living area particularly hot! Need AC to be at cooler setting please! *despite the mention of “hotel style” small bathroom bottles of creams or other stuff, nothing was found! Might also be useful to have tissue boxes in bathrooms for use? Thank you for opening your lovely home to us! Marita Fridjhon

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. Beds are very comfortable. Would have been nice to have the firepit area trimmed down a little. The dock and kayaks were great we would recommend this house to stay at.

Perfect for us!

Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming!

My family of 4 stayed here during a family reunion vacation. The house was perfectly clean, with very comfortable beds, and all of the amenities to make ourselves at home. We loved using the kayaks and fire pit, and the back deck is perfect for enjoying the quiet scenery. The location is just a quick drive from the Sunriver Village, where we found lots of fun shops and activities.

Quiet comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed home. Unfortunately the mosquitos were pretty bad (maybe just the time of year?) so we couldn’t spend any time on the deck or large yard. It would probably be great earlier or later in the year. We weren’t bothered anywhere in the Bend or Sun River area except at the house, probably because of its proximity to the water.

Peaceful getaway close to many attractions

We had a WONDERFUL time at the river run getaway. The was plenty of room for my dog to run, and the access to the canal was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and everything was clean and tidy. We are already planning our return trip!

Nice house...

Nice house for family stay. The house is large compared to main Sunriver houses and has some kayaks as well for use and you are 7 min away from sunriver shopping area. However, The small stream behind the house does not have much flow...so we did not use the kayaks. You can take those to near by Sunriver launch spot(5 min away by car). Great dark skies for star watching. We were able to see milky way :)

Awesome place to relax and recreate!

House was fully appointed with everything you may need during your stay. Fully loaded functional kitchen made cooking for a large family easy. Great deck for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Property management was attentive to our questions and even reached out just after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect house for a family getaway, I can't wait to go back!!

The house wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. Also the accessory beds had been removed so one of us slept on the couch😟. Property hadn’t been maintained so it was difficult for outdoor play and the dock sat on a mud hole so it wasn’t usable. Tisha was very responsible to my cleaning concerns.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, this property is very nice and comfortable. It was as described. The only suggestion I have would be to put some sort of screen around the back deck for smaller dogs. We had one who thought she could possibly escape through so we had to keep a close eye on her. Other than that, it was enjoyable. We even saw 3 deer grazing in the neighbor’s yard which is more than we have seen staying at other locations in the area.

First time using VRBO

We had a great time. The house was very welcoming and we enjoyed the view from the back deck overlooking the river. King size bed in master bedroom was not very comfortable but the overall visit was great. I would recommend this house as it's a great locations and the check in was super easy.

Comfortable well thought out property

We had a wonderful time at this home. All the little touches made our experience relaxing. It even had an designated area for our dog to chill. The backyard leading to the river had a picnic benches and log stools around a fire pit. We would love to return in the summer.

Fun Family getaway location

The house was nice, there was a lot of kitchen accessories to use. No space to store the food we bought. With all of the space in the kitchen that was frustrating. Every cabinet is filled with kitchen stuff. Also, the air mattress leaks air. We had to refill it numerous times to use it. Plenty of towels, and bedding available.

Great stay just what we needed

Quiet and comfortable

Located about 10 minutes from the Sun River village, but, close enough to enjoy the amenities. We had easy access to Cascade Lakes Highway and Mt. Bachelor. Enjoyed a float down the Deschutes which started at out property. Deer would wander through with easy viewing from the spacious big deck. Friends dropped for an afternoon and barbecue......plenty of room. A very enjoyable week!

Live like a local

This was a great spot! They had Everything you could possibly need here. Especially great for dogs.. lovely front fenced area for them to go out independently and deck is enclosed as well. Very comfortable and lovely.

Celebration weekend

A great stay was enjoyed by all. The house is accommodating and well stocked with extras. Extremely quiet area and a nice roadway for walking off too much food. Hoping to rent again!
