Other amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating/air conditioning with separate zone controls, and a second refrigerator in the garage.

The large upper deck features a premium built-in gas grill, dining table and chairs for 12, and expansive river views. A second lower deck includes teak reclining lounge chairs with ottomans, side tables, and bench seating. The semi-finished garage also serves as a recreation space with ping-pong, foosball, and air hocky tables.
