Retreat to this modern and bright completely remodeled 1930's mill house with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and mini split heat pump (including A/C!), and tasteful decor.

Conveniently located three minutes from the Old Mill District and Hwy 97 access.

With attention to detail at every turn, the home features a cozy living room, colorful kitchen, sparkling bathroom and very comfortable bed. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed (the best one money can buy! But still a sofa bed).

The entire home and property is available to the guest, with lots of space on all sides of the home.

This home is located in central Bend in a a modest working class neighborhood with unique homes spanning from the 1930's to modern builds. It has a friendly local vibe and neighbors keep to themselves.

Enjoy the custom built Finnish style cedar sauna. This is not some wimpy infrared thing -- it is the real deal and will get steaming hot!

This place was perfect for my needs. I was visiting my daughter in Bend by myself.It's not the biggest place so their decision to have a washer/dryer instead of a dish washer was fine with me as i have no problems washing dishes!Since i like to have cold drinks, I had asked if they had ice trays since some places don't. They did and on top of that, made sure there was a gallon bag filled with ice as well! Very thoughtful of them! i'll certainly stay here again when i visit my daughter again! hopefully it will be available!

The house was absolutely adorable, cozy, warm. So many supplies, kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked as it should. The sauna was a bonus! Clear instructions for everything. Host was very responsive, but everything worked perfectly. The outside was layer out so well planned out and very beautiful. Everything was very private and quiet. This was our second visit to Bend to attend a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater (an outdoor venue) to hear Mumford and Sons. My wife and I prefer finding cozy, quaint lodgings to stay instead of the often impersonal setting afforded by hotel chains. This private bungalow checked all of our boxes. It was centrally located and is within easy walking distance to grocers, but a car is recommended in order to see sites that are further out. Off-street parking is provided, and a re-charging station is available for those so inclined. Ryan was very attentive to our needs and provided all necessary information for the home as well as suggestions for places to see and eat. The home is well-appointed, and the kitchen has sufficient implements should you wish to cook at home. We elected to make the morning meal but ate out otherwise. We highly recommend Jackalope and Zydeco Kitchen for lunch or dinner. The weather allowed for outside seating, which only enhanced our sumptuous entrees. A supple mattress made for easy sleep at night, and the water pressure for the morning shower was extraordinary. The square footage can easily fit two people, and the house design allows for “alone time” as well. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased to have secured this home for our brief visit. As an aside, a trip to the small town of Sisters will provide stunning vistas of the mountains of North and South Sisters and Mt. Washington and is well worth the 30-minute commute.

Beautiful home

My husband and I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The home was beautiful. The property owners were so responsive and made us feel very welcomed. We HIGHLY recommend this property. It is close to everything but still feels quiet and remote.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

This nicely decorated bungalow was a perfect getaway for my wife and I, with nearby bike routes and only a 20 minute walk to the old mill district. The front patio was perfect for relaxing on summer evenings, and we were able to catch a Bend Elks baseball games at the nearby stadium. Ryan and Katie were outstanding hosts, even checked on us while Bend was suffering power outages across the city. Thank you! Highly recommended, we’ll be back!
