Tämä mukava, kauniisti sisustettu, perheystävällinen kaksikerroksinen 1812 neliön jalkakoti sisältää käänteisen olohuoneen pohjapiirroksen. Tässä talossa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyä ja se sijaitsee rauhallisessa Sunriverin pohjoispäässä umpikujaan, jossa on 9 yksityiskodia. Tämä koti oli kerran esillä Sunriverin "Showcase of Homes" -näyttelyssä. Jokaisesta ikkunasta on näkymät kypsille ponderosa-mäntyille. Keittiö, ruokailutila, olohuone, puoli kylpyamme ja makuuhuone sijaitsevat toisessa kerroksessa. Keittiön, ruokasalin ja olohuoneen avoin pohjaratkaisu ja holvattu katto tarjoavat loistavat puitteet koko perheelle olla yhdessä.

Makuuhuoneessa on mukava Kalifornian kuningasvuode, jossa on muistivaahto ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on ylisuuri poreallas roomalaistyylisessä ammeessa.

Ruokailu- ja olohuoneesta on erinomaiset näkymät talon edessä sijaitsevaan puiseen umpikoriin, joka on ihanteellinen tarkkailla lapsiasi, jotka ajavat polkupyöriä ympyrän ympäri tai pelaavat lumessa.

Keittiössä on sisäänrakennettu mikroaaltouuni ja kiertoilmauuni. Jos pidät ruoanlaitosta, arvostat runsaasti ja laadukkaita keittiövälineitä.

Siellä on 240 neliöjalkaa kansi, johon pääsee ranskalaisten ovien kautta makuuhuoneesta tai ruokailutilasta. Kannella on pöydät ja tuolit kesäruokailua varten ja propaanigrilli BBQ: lle.

Uudet ja mukavat verhoillut huonekalut ovat erinomaisessa huoneessa rentoutumiseesi. 32-tuumainen HDTV, DVD-soitin, valikoima DVD-levyjä ja kaapeli-TV ovat erinomaisessa tilassa viihdettä varten. Puulämmitteinen liesi, jossa lasiovet, on nautinnollinen herkku päivässä leikkimisen jälkeen.

Alakerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta. Ensimmäisessä on 2 kerrossänkyä, yhden hengen yli kaksi ja ylimääräisen pitkän hengen yli kuningatar, 27 tuuman HDTV, DVD-soitin ja klassinen Nintendo-soitin, jossa on valikoima pelejä. Toisessa alakerran makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode muistivaahtotason kanssa ja oma sisäänkäynti ranskalaisten ovien kautta, jotka johtavat alakerroksen kansiin.

Valitettavasti lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja allergioiden takia.

Cleanest place we have stayed at. Host asked us if we wanted to check in ealry. Very comfortable beds. Couch was comfy also. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definetely be coming back as this is our new favorite place. We used to love Eagle Crest but this has the privacy we like.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen, even an apple slicer! We always appreciate that gadget. The rooms had comfy beds and the bathrooms were clean. The bikes worked well for us. The location was great and very quiet.We had a great time at the fall festival at the resort... would recommend if you're there at the right time. Thanks for opening up your home. *Only thing missing was pepper but that was a no biggie.

The house and area were wonderful. We cooked all meals and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Enjoyed beautiful lap swims at the SHARC and long bike rides and runs throughout the community. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay enjoyable.

This Sunriver home was perfect for our family! The first thing we noticed was how clean everything in the house is. Wow! Next, Eric has thought of nearly every item you could possible need while on vacation and stocked it in the house. For example, it was so nice to walk into the bathroom and see hand soap next to every sink. Lots of little touches like this that let you just relax and enjoy your vacation, instead of running to the store. Check-in was super easy and Eric is easy to contact if there are any issues. The house was so comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is super clean and perfect for our family. The fridge quit working on our first day but Eric got a new one delivered ASAP! It was a bummer to have to deal with that on our vacation, but he had great communication and took care of things we needed right away. The neighborhood is so quiet and felt like home away from home. The new carpet was a big plus and there were lots of blankets to stay cozy!

Very relaxing home away from home. Very clean. Newer carpet and living room furniture looked new. Everything worked, although the stove top took a long time to get hot. Well equipped kitchen. Bikes in good working order. This house is at the far north end of Sunriver. We liked it as it was super quiet. But, if you’re planning on walking to SHARC or the Village it’s a hike.

Great location! The house was clean and comfortable but it could benefit with a restocking of basic supplies. Nothing major, just lots of little things— non stick skillets need to be replaced, ice trays are cracked, bathrooms out of soap, there were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases, and we couldn’t find extra blankets to place on the kids beds at night, etc.

Great stay with the grandchildren

We liked this house so much last year that we returned this year. In fact, when we told our grandchildren that we were renting the same house, they both started jumping up and down with excitement. It is well located in Sunriver that you need for a family vacation. The layout is perfect with areas for everyone to be together but with enough space and separation to allow everyone to do what they want to do. Eric is a pleasure to deal with and is very responsive.

Wonderful house, special memories

We love staying at this house. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the house feels like home to us, especially since we have been coming for eight years. We love everything about the house and always look forward to spending Spring Break here. Eric is a wonderful host and very kind.

We come to sunriver every year and this is my new favorite. It was the perfect set up for my family of 5 to stay downstairs with in-law upstairs. We cooked meals in and kitchen had everything we needed. The Sharc passed were a hit. Tons of bikes and helmets in the garage. Would absolutely book again!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Everything -- and more -- that we might have needed was there. Nice sized kitchen with well organized, up-to-date equipment, comfy beds, including one with a double and bunk bed. There were quite a number of bikes available to ride, plus pool passes. Quiet. We strongly recommend it!

Terrific property that we rented for a family reunion! Our family had rented multiple houses in close proximity to each other. All were within walking distance of each other. This home was perfect for us. Well supplied with kitchen ware & a nice selection of spices. We were glad that plenty of baby gear was supplied! Baby gate , high chair, pack n play & children's dishware. Having Sharc passes included was a real bonus! Multiple bikes in all sizes were available for use. We were also glad that this home was air conditioned. It was quite hot during our visit. Eric was very responsive to any question we had, always answering promptly. Thank you Eric, we loved your home!

Great house in quiet cul-de-sac in Sunriver

We spent a relaxing week here enjoying Sunriver - exploring the outdoors and all the area has to offer. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, BBQ worked well, beds were comfortable and really nice to have the use of all the bikes.
