Pet friendly studio on the Deschutes with balcony!

Summary:

This ground-floor studio overlooks the Deschutes River on the outskirts of downtown Bend and has a private patio on the edge of a cliff above the river. This studio sleeps four in a queen bed and pullout couch. The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, apartment-size oven and stove top. The property features an indoor pool and hot tub, so don't forget to pack those swimsuits! This condo is also pet friendly! Bring up to 2 pets for an additional fee.



The Space:

"River of the Falls" is on the ground floor and sleeps up to four guests.  There is seating provided on the balcony for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the river. The full kitchen offers a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, apartment-size oven/stove with all dishes and utensils provided. There is also a gas fireplace for those cold winter nights.



Our property is in the perfect area right between Pioneer Park, which has plenty of paths for walking and benches to enjoy the scenery, and the Deschutes River, so you'll have a beautiful view of the water from your unit!   We are also a short 15-minute walk to the downtown area, which offers plenty of dinning and shopping.



Reservations made in this unit also include access to our onsite laundry facilities, as well as the pool and hot tub (open 9am-10pm) daily. We hope to see you in this perfect studio soon!



Guest Access:

The studio comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
