Tämä kahdeksan hengen huone, yksityinen kylpyamme ja Sunriverin kylän läheisyys, tämä Keski-Oregonin koti on täydellinen perheesi lomalle.

Matka-minuutit ostos-, ruokailu- ja SHARC-kotiin tulevat kuusi kulkua virkistyskeskukseen, jossa voit pitää viileänä vesikeskuksessaan. Ratsastaa polkupyöriä, vaellusta tai golfia Woodlandissa. Noin 20 mailin päässä on Mt. Bachelor, jossa löydät uskomattomia moottorikelkkailureittejä.

Kesäpäivän jälkeen voit palata tähän viihtyisään, ilmastoituun kotiin. Jäähdytetyssä säässä yksityinen kylpytynnyri tai kaasutakan istuma tuntuu taivaalta. Voit pysyä yhteydessä kotiin tarjotun WiFi-yhteyden ansiosta ja pitää vaatekaappi tuntuu raikkaalta ja siistiltä kodin pesukoneessa ja kuivausrumpussa. Rentoudu ennen taulu-tv: tä tai kokkaa myrsky täysin varustetussa keittiössä (jep, siellä on astianpesukone).

Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, ja perhehuoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä, joista kahdeksan ihmistä voi yöpyä mukavasti täällä. Kaksi täysin varustettua kylpyhuonetta ja puoli kylpyhuonetta.

Ihana kaasutakka on kaunis yhteyspiste olohuoneessa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode; yksi on alakerrassa ja toinen yläkerrassa. Perhehuoneessa / makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä. Tämä koti nukkuu jopa kahdeksan vierasta.

Pysäköinti Huomautuksia: Ajoneuvot on pysäköitävä vain ajotieltä tai autotalliin. Sunriverin pysäköintialue ei ole sallittua ilman Sunriverin poliisilaitoksen etukäteen antamaa hyväksyntää. Pyydä erityistä lupaa ylivuodon pysäköintialueelle, soita numeroon (541) 593-1014. Yöpymispyyntöjä ei myönnetä.

Virkistysajoneuvot (vene, matkailuauto, moottorikelkka, mönkijä, matka-perävaunu jne.) Ovat sallittuja vain yhden perheen asunnoissa ajotieltä vain 48 tunnin ajan. 48 tunnin kuluttua on käytettävä Sunriverin omistajien liittojen (SROA) varastotiloja. Molemmat varastotilat on aidattu, lukittu (tarvitaan avainkoodi) ja se on käytettävissä 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. Varaukset on tehtävä ennen saapumistasi. Vacasa is Horrible Stay away

Going to start with the good, house is close to SHARC, Village and in a nice area.Will say this I never leave reviews like this but want others to avoid it too. Vacasa is awful. Toilet was plugged by previous guest and they didn’t let us know until after they told us house was ready. Seemed odd as cleaner should have let them know early enough to call someone. Anyway that wasn’t a big deal. They really tried to fix it. But what frustrates us is they left the house with 2 rolls TP, no dish soap, no laundry soap, no way to clean anything up. Called and they were no help at all. You would think they would want to leave us with some supplies to clean the house and make sure we have clean pool and hot tub towels. Was honestly crazy to us and something we never run into renting homes in Sunriver and all over the country in last 10 years. They told us no….House is okay, master and lower bedroom mattresses leave something to be desired. Price is okay but we have stayed at better places for cheaper, I would only stay here is you can deal with Vacasa or stay for just a couple days. Reached out and they just brought us some dish tablets. Honestly they’re a joke and if I was the owner I would fire them. Renting a place for as much as we do when we come here you would think basic supplies would be available…..after only being able to use part of the house on first night you thought they would have been a little more accommodating after letting them know house had no supplies.

We loved this home. I was a little apprehensive because it received some poor reviews about cleanliness and gross carpeting. The flooring has been completely replaced upstairs and downstairs and was clean and soft. We had a great time!

Great location

The house is well appointed and comfortable. The location is fantastic and there are plenty of SHARC passes and bikes. The home is older and has not been updated, and there were obvious maintaince issues like the leaking skylight in the upstairs bathroom. The paint was bubbled and peeling all around it so it’s clear this has been an issue for a while. The windows were very dirty and I found at least two disposable water bottles under furniture from previous guests when checking to ensure that no kiddo toys had been left under things when we were checking out. The local contact folks were fantastic and did a great job of checking in and being available. Overall I would rent this house again for the location and servic .

Dirty and neglected home.

This property is in desperate need of care and money. The carpets are stained and nasty throughout. High surfaces are all dirty and covered in dust. Chairs and outdoor furniture are broken or missing. Garage door is damaged and broken. Home décor throughout is either broken or missing….

Great location with Sharc, house layout was nice for family. Carpets smell like wet dog. Hopefully they replace with hardwood. Notified rental agency, they were very attentive. Just beware, train goes by about 2-5 times per night.

Great Place to Stay

Loved staying in this house. The layout really suited our family with 3 teenage boys. The open area upstairs was great for spending time together. The property was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

The home is a bit dated. Bathtub in upper bedroom too high for getting in and out of. Double sinks in both bathrooms would be nice. Kitchen not very well equipped. Too many mismatched dishes. Could use a total refresh of dishes and glasses. Upper bedroom comforter not very attractive. Whole house could use an update.

Great home for our group of 8

This was a perfect fit for our group of 8. There was plenty of seating in the living room and the table was big enough for us all to sit down for meals and games. We loved how close it is to The Village, and that bikes were provided! We stayed here during the heatwave and the house stayed very cool and was so welcoming to come back to after being out in the heat! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean place great location

Overall the house was great for a family get away. The hot tub was clean but older so it had a funky smell. My kids really enjoyed the board games that were provided. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking and overall was clean and cozy.

Great house for a family but in need of repair and cleaning!

I must say that we were shocked at the lack of cleanliness in this house. We've stayed at several houses in Sunriver over the past 10 years and this has been the worst. It has a lot of potential, but when you immediately walk in and see that the carpet is stained and that it hadn't been vacuumed (garbage under the dining room table), I thought twice about even staying. Then, we notice the stained carpet in the upstairs bedroom, as well. The kitchen floor had not been swept, the blinds on the windows in the living room were stained, the blinds at the front door were so dusty, we wrote "clean me" in dust! This house was supposed to be "sparkling clean" due to COVID rules. It definitely was not. The upstairs bathtub was so clogged that when I turned on the shower, black gunk came out of the drain. The carpet is ripped at the kitchen/dining room. We killed 5 moths that first evening when we arrived. So, thinking maybe the house hadn't been used in a little while. We tried using the vacuum ourselves, but it was broken. We called housekeeping and they did arrive the next morning...but there was no apology about the cleanliness (or lack there of) and then we had to leave so they could vacuum and we get back and it's no better than it was before! She did call for maintenance to come fix the drain, so he did that afternoon. The downstairs seemed to be in better shape than the upstairs. I ended up using that bathroom and didn't shower upstairs. So, overall, very upset with the lack of cleaning done to this house. AND, I sent VACASA (who was the property management for this house) 2 emails and never heard back from them. Oh, and you have to leave by 10am on checkout day so that they can "clean". Seriously disappointed and we will not be renting from this company again and obviously this house. I'm not sure why it got such good reviews... ?? Yes, there are bikes in the garage and there are lots of games which is nice. They did update the couches and tv from the listing pictures.

Great home

Wonderfully stocked kitchen, tons of stuff for kids to do, bikes for everyone. Shower drains backed up while taking showers and there was no laundry soap at all when the email said there would be starters of stuff like that. Other than that, this house was great and we can't wait to go back!

This was a great spot. My only complaint is the upstairs bed is very hard. I woke up each morning feeling like I got hit by a truck. The kids were able to walk to the village as well as SHARC, which was great

Perfect for our Christmas vacation

The house was spacious, beautiful, and well-stocked. We arrived on Christmas Eve and were pleasantly surprised by a Christmas tree already residing in the living room - so lovely! The home stayed a good temperature, water pressure was great, kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and a short drive got us skiing on the mountain in no time! Would definitely stay here again. Perhaps next Christmas?! Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful stay for our family - it was perfect.
