Take an easy stroll into the very heart of downtown Bend, the Old Mill or the Deschutes River. The best of the westside of Bend and the Old Mill is so walkable from this charm-soaked home. The westside of Bend features favorites like 10 Barrel Brewing, Ariana's, The Victorian Café and many more shops and eateries. The Old Mill is home to Bend’s largest cinema, riverfront dining, and shopping galore. Walkscore of 86...hard to find anything closer!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The 2 bedroom are on either ends of the home. Both beds feature high thread count linens with European style bedding. You'll find extra blankets and pillows in the home as well. The spacious king bedroom is bright and inviting with shaded south facing windows. The king bedroom also has a private workspace and a very generously sized closet. The queen bedroom is on the other side of the home in the sun room. It is private and insulated with 2 layers of custom blinds and A/C provided year round.

WIFI and TV
Free 300+ MBPS internet and 3 smart TVs. There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. Each of the smart TVs has ROKU Live TV with 350+ free channels. You can also access all your own streaming subscriptions.

OUTDOORS and PET FRIENDLY
The front yard is park-like and perfect for play and lounging. For kids and pups, please be aware that the fence is 3-4 feet tall in places. Escape artists will have no problem getting free! We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the yard after 10pm.

PARKING
Private off-street parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. If you have a small vehicle, you may be able to pull all the way forward and park a 2nd small, standard sized vehicle behind your car. This home has a shared driveway so it will be very important to not block the neighbor's access. There is paid street parking as well. Please use the QR code in the home to purchase your parking when you arrive.
