Great place in Sunriver

a great family home, spotless, well maintained and well equipped (kitchen,, bicycles, games) in a great resort area. and much to see and do in the area. Excellent communication from Vacasa management throughout the stay when we had questions or needs. Only glitch was a cable system that was out throughout the house; some issue with a change in companies and boxes. That needs to be fixed in this price range! Otherwise our family had a great time.

Great location and house

The house was clean, had a nice layout and was well stocked with essentials. It was great having the ping pong table and (3/4 size) poole table and bikes in the garage to keep the kids entertained and off screens. There were lots of games and the passes to the pool and tennis a great plus. It was handy to have a supermarket close by.

Family is everything!

The home is spacious and well equipped with everything a family needs for fun and relaxation! The kitchen even had coffee filters and Saran wrap! We played cards around the kitchen table, challenged each other with a ping pong tournament and ended the weekend with a soak in the hot tub! One level living with king beds for couples was a little bit of heaven!

Really nice house, over all satisfied

Over all our stay at this house was good. It definitely needs some fixing. The wifi did not work, the toilet paper roll holder fell off on first use and the door open button on the microwave was broken. Also u might need a few PHD degrees to figure out how to operate the shower head and the water temp, even with instructions taped to the shower or was not easy. The house was clean and in order, the couches were not the most comfortable and the house temp was hard to get right, in one room it was hot while in the other it was cold. But for the price, it was good stay. Would probably stay again if the small little stuff would be fixed.

Great house

House was super. Open floor plan, comfortable beds, deck, hot tub, ping pong and bikes all worked great. Very happy with it.

Real Nice Place

We really enjoyed the place. Everything was how it was advertised. Our friends and family loved it. A couple of things to work on would be to have enough coffee filters for the machine provided. Also when we first walked in there was some pretty big stains in the carpet. Thanks for the stay.

Over all good

House was good overall. Is a little dated cooks use some repairs, paint and overall facelift. Was not as clean as we’d hoped. Once snow melted you coins see all the dog poop and cigarette butts left behind from others. This was super gross and a turnoff.

This house was amazing. We rented it for thanksgiving and it was a great layout!!

Loved this house. Kitchen was well stocked. All appliances seemed new. Really cozy furniture. It has white carpet which I would recommend getting rid of cause it’s impossible to keep clean. Pool table in garage which was very fun and we really enjoyed having. Lots of extra blankets. Would totally stay here again. Very nice.

Great stay

Lovely and comfortable home. Only complaint would be that the bed in the main master suite is on the hard side...I believe several other reviews mentioned as well. It's not so uncomfortable to be unsleepable but as someone who is used to a much softer bed they definitely weren't my best nights' sleep ever. Otherwise great place to stay!

Great home in beautiful Sunriver

Enjoyed making this our home for 4 days. Home was well kept with good amenities. We enjoyed its location, bikes provided and the Sharc passes. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 star is: a) dishwasher didn’t work well. Had to hand wash many dishes despite putting them in dishwasher. B) adult bikes were older and weren’t as fun to ride. Everything else was lovely.

Birthday Gathering

We were meeting up with family staying elsewhere in Sunriver, and spent limited time at the rental, but we enjoyed the vacation rental, while there. Allowing pets was the final factor in selecting this place. Good layout, multiple bathrooms. We did not use the spa, or the passes made available for Sharc pool access but we did use a couple of the bikes, and enjoyed the property overall. Although a/c would have been nice, we managed with only fans. Overall a very nice accommodation.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was clean, in a great location, and just as advertised. The neighborhood is extremely nice, and conveniently located close to numerous activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent stay

Great location, but the house could use some TLC. All the bedroom doors were difficult or really noisy (some were both) to open and close. The floors creaked in just about every room, which was kind of surprising considering it was mostly carpeted. There was big leak under the kitchen sink that has obviously been there a long while. We had to put a towel on the floor to soak up the pool of water that gathered when doing dishes or any clean up. The hot water heater was set too high and came out scalding hot. The A/C didn’t work well, if at all, and it was difficult to cool the house down, even in the evenings when it was cool outside and we opened all the windows and doors. The garbage outside was completely full (also surprising since we arrived on garbage day). All the beds were on the firm side, which wasn’t a problem for my husband and and I, but the 6 other people in our group thought they were too firm. All in all, it was a decent house for our stay, but wouldn’t book again.

Quick family summer getaway

This was a great experience for my family. I loved that we could bring our dog too. There was plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. Close to Bend as well. The only downfall was no airconditioning . It was so hot in the house.

Wondfull home! Our family had a wonderful week. Everything we needed was at the house. We would stay there again. Our only complaint was the carpet. Lots of stains and should be cleaned.

Needs Some Updates

Sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were good and the kitchen was well stocked and the bicycle tires were pumped up. The bbq and deck were nice and there was plenty of room for eating, puzzles, games, etc. However, the stove needs to be updated (difficult to get the burners to light) and two cupboard doors fell off (one in the kitchen and one in the living room). The tv was not intuitive, we had some struggles with it. And the floor creaked very loudly. The location was convenient to the exit to Bend but a long ways from The Sunriver Village.
