This home is all you! You`ll have access to the whole thing other than our owner`s closet :) We`ll provide you a code for the smart lock at the front door so you can enjoy your stay independently with no check in or check out requirements other than treating the home as if it were your own.

We live nearby in NE Bend and are available if you need anything during your stay. We respect your privacy but are just a message away if questions come up. Self-check-in is easy with our smart lock, and we provide all the information you need before arrival.

We ask that all guests treat the home and neighborhood with respect—keeping noise to a minimum, observing quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, and following our house rules. At The Home Co., our goal is to ensure that our short-term rental is an asset to the community, not a burden, and we appreciate your help in maintaining that standard.

- Owner’s closet is locked and not available for guest use
We will require our guests to abide by the city noise ordinances and will not allow parties or smoking.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the winter, we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep his in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There`s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!), then a refund would be given, but other than that, we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
