Bedroom Four is the bunk room, with a pyramid bunk, twin trundle, foosball table, and sitting area. It is an easy space for kids or teens to claim as their own.

Outside, the spacious deck opens to the quiet beauty of the Deschutes National Forest setting. Begin the morning with coffee beneath the pines, enjoy dinner from the grill, watch for passing deer, or slip into the private hot tub as the evening settles in.

Five adult bikes make it easy to head out and explore Sunriver at your own pace, while cornhole adds another simple way to spend an afternoon back at the house.

Fortunately, Central Oregon evenings tend to cool beautifully, and the shaded forest setting helps create a more comfortable summer rhythm. Think cool mornings, afternoon adventures, cold drinks, and relaxed evenings beneath the pines.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
