The primary king bedroom offers a serene retreat with a walk-in shower and ample closet space. Two additional queen bedrooms offer comfort and style, while the bunk bedroom is ideal for families or guests seeking a bit of adventure. All three full bathrooms are well-appointed, with two featuring walk-in showers and one offering a shower over tub. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs for streaming your favorite movies and shows.

Topflite 16 also offers heated flooring, disc golf discs and basket, foosball, ping pong, cornhole, a dart board, bikes, pickleball paddles, tennis rackets, basketball hoop, golf clubs and caddies, a sled and a tube, plus thoughtful extras like bedside lamps with USB ports and a dedicated work station with monitor, printer and scanner.
