”We stayed at the Retreat for a family wedding , we had 5 adults and still had room for more. The rumpus room with pool table and table tennis table was a huge bonus and we were the envy of others that stayed there. The house was great and we did not need anything else to make our stay better, we were warned to bring everything with us. All the wildlife around was wonderful as well, reminded us that we live in Australia. It was a shame that we could not fully go on the long bush walks on...

”Had a wonderful stay with our family and elderly grandma. Lovely view of the pond and mountains from all rooms. We enjoyed being away and cooking our own meals. The kitchen had condiments and cooking oil and well stocked with utensils. Collecting eggs from the chickens and feeding them was fun. The beds were comfortable and it was good to have 2 bathrooms at different ends of the house. It was nice to be able to drive to Port Stephen’s and come back to a peaceful resting place. ”

This is the ultimate place to relax, meditate and enjoy nature at its best. There are some wonderful walks nearby, however a word of caution, don't try to drive unless you have an AWD or 4WD as the roads are gravelly and full of ruts.”
