Oceanfront House with a Pool

Located in the town of Bénesse Maremne, 10kms from the beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse, our warm wooden house of 140m² is close to shops. Come and stay with your family in our house, it is tastefully decorated and inspired by memories of my native country, Indonesia.

Accommodating up to 7 people, it is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- Large bedroom with a double bed.
- Bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet
- Air-conditioned living room with standard TV and Netflix,
- Equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle)
- Pantry
Laundry room outside the house, shared with the owner

Upstairs, a beautiful wooden walkway connects the rooms:
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Bedroom Children's bathroom with a single bed
- A dressing room
- Master suite (with TV), Queen-size bed, and its "boat style" bathroom equipped with a corner bathtub + WC .

Discover our tropical garden not overlooked, the large south-west facing terrace covered by a wooden pergola with a large outdoor table, BBQ and garden furniture.

The secure swimming pool, its deckchairs, the bamboo bar with a Balinese atmosphere will delight you and let you travel.

2 Secure parking spaces only.

Pets not allowed because our 2 nice cats will be likely to come and visit you in the garden.

Saint Sebastien, Biarritz, Espelette, Itxassou, Saint Jean de Luz, Zuggarramurdi, are all less than 1h15 away by car.

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included in the rental.
