”The hotel has the perfect location, along a beautiful beach. It borders Tel Aviv, and other central cities in Israel, which means you can get to various locations easily. The hotel CEO, Orly, gives personal attention to all details and guests like nothing I’ve experienced before. Staff greats you every time they see you. Dining in the hotel is in the coffee shop, which serves excellent breakfast, and Mediterranean menu throughout the day. Rooms are clean, and have a little kitchen that serves us...

”This hotel claims to be 5-star hotel, but with the experience from last 20 years, I believe it is simply overrated. The hotel itself has a good location, but the maintenance and the service You receive, makes You unsatisfied. Some of the workers are very kind, but the hotel seems to use workers, who do are not at all trained to be hotel workers. A lot of promises, not every one of them kept.”

”This is a very nice and convenient hotel in Tel Aviv, but outside the super busy center. Lots of great food options, convenient to buses, and also to the airport. The only thing is that there is only one place for services if you're looking for a synagogue and it's in the medical center.”

”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems. Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it. Wi-Fi was poor and...

”Great place to stay. The location is perfect close to the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were super friendly. My phone ran out of data and I couldn’t call a taxi to catch a train, but the lady at the front desk immediately helped me out and even explained my location to the driver. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.”

”Kodikas ja laadukas hotelli, jossa harvinaisen ystävällinen palvelu. Israelissa asiakaspalvelun taso ei ole aina kovin kummoinen, mutta tämä hotelli oli positiivinen poikkeus. Aamiaisella oli panostettu määrän sijasta laatuun ja hotellissa sai juoda kahvia ja teetä ilmaiseksi pitkin päivää. Myös mahdollisuus lainata polkupyöriä oli mukava lisä. ”

”Saimme paremman huoneen pyytämättä, eli tilavan kaksion kahdella terassilla, josta upeat näkymät rannalle. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja pyyhkeitä, astioita ja siivousvälineitä runsaasti. Hotellin lähistöllä useita ravintoloita ja iso supermarketti noin 10min kävelyn päässä ja hotellin yhteydessä pieni marketti pitkillä aukioloilla. Saimme pitää huoneen lähtöpäivänä muutaman tunnin pidempään kohtuullista korvausta vastaan. Ainut miinus, että siivousta ei ollut viikon oleskelumme aikana....

”Ainoa hienoinen miinus: Toivoisin että henkilökunta kiinnittäisi enemmän huomiota tervehtimiseen aamuin illoin. Henkilökunnan keskenäinen keskustelu , tietokoneeseen tuijottaminen tai oman puhelin näprääminen ei saa olla tärkeämpää kuin asiakkaiden huomioiminen! Ja jos on kiire , niin edes silmäkontakti että tiedetään tulleen nähdyksi. Mutta kiva kun on kansainvälistä porukkaa! :)”
