Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 80 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra).

Between November - March the expenses for internet, elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Charming holiday home with private pool in a very quiet residential area in Beniarbeig, a small, typical Spanish village – but not far from restaurants and shops. Several beautiful beaches can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

It is located in a cul-de-sac, adjacent to a small palm grove.

The single-story bungalow features a living/dining room, a kitchen (with access to a second summer kitchen), two bathrooms, and two bedrooms.

Air conditioning is installed in the living area, which also cools the bedrooms.

The lovely garden offers plenty of space – right next to the pool area is a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue; a carport is also available on the property.

An ideal place to spend a relaxing family holiday.

Restaurants and the centre of the village is in walking distance; supermarket about 4 km; different beaches about 6,5 km.
