We stayed with my boyfriend for 12 nights. The hotel location is most perfect. Nearby everything (many restaurants, bigger groceries store, pharmacies, bus stop, taxis) and far enough from the bar strip so you avoid the noise at night. Next street down is already the beach, next street up is the bar strip.
The staff is so lovely and helpful, and greeted always with a smile. They helped us wether it was airport transportation or suggestions for dinner. Really made our stay even better.
Breakfast had good variation of everything, lovely start to a day.
We stayed in a junior sweet which was really clean and roomy. Bed was comfy with soft sheets, pillows and blankets.
All in all I would highly recommend!

We boojed a suite which was very nice let down by little things.tgey go on about saving water yet no plug for the sink.you could only fill the bath with the shower as the button to switch bath to shower did not work.some cupboard doors had dropped

Location was great staff very helpful. The hotel is very close to old town and only 1 street away from beach. Breakfast had loads th choose from would stay again.

The location is ideal for the Old Town of Benidorm, great for catching a bus to various places. Air con worked but some instructions would have helped, cushions for balcony seats would make them less hard. Evening menu was varied and mostly very good, breakfast buffet gave a wide variety.

Noisy environment.
Lisätty 30.9.2019 Hotelsn sivustollaMy room was located on 1st floor above a cafe bar so was noisy late at night when all tables and chairs were being put away. Also fronted onto the main road which at the time had major roadworks going on as well as normal hussle from traffic. I did try and get some peace on the roof top but the extract fans from the kitchen ruined that. Everything else spot on, including food and service.
